5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KAY M. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Orders shipped to the USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

KAY M. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
