Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is marked as “lost in transit” on its tracking details, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Not Delivered within 30 Days: If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, you may apply for a full refund.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
  • Incorrect Size (unless the item differs from what was ordered)
  • Used, Worn, or Unpackaged Items
  • Sale Items or Gift Cards

Important Notes:

  • Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
  • Packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • To request a refund, contact us at info@kaymstore.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within the order protection period. The first return on each order is free, up to 5 times per month.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or are outside the return period.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kaymstore.com for further instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item you purchased decreases in your country/region within 30 days of your order, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference.

  • The refund will be based on the price and currency of your original order.
  • Exceptions: Items on promotion, discontinued, on clearance, or otherwise not regularly priced may not qualify for a price adjustment.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as “lost in transit” on its tracking details, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, you may apply for a full refund.
  • If the package eventually arrives later, you can keep it without needing to return it.
  • Items marked as 'delivered' are not eligible for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance processes. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving such issues.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • This policy is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • If your return is accepted, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • Packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you realize that you made an error, please contact us immediately at info@kaymstore.com to see if an adjustment can be made.

8. Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability

By placing an order with us, you agree that any disputes arising from purchases will be resolved as follows:

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Greece under the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
  • No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding.
  • Costs and Fees: Each party shall bear their own costs and fees related to the arbitration unless otherwise required by law or the arbitrator's decision.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delayed shipments, or errors by third-party carriers.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising out of or related to it are governed by the laws of Greece.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greece, thereby waiving any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
